Material Structure:
The bonded construction combines the outer fabric, TPU membrane and fleece backing into one fabric assembly, avoiding separate lining during garment construction.
Color Approval:
A color reference or approved sample can be confirmed before bulk fabric production to reduce color deviation between the approved sample and production lot.
Weather Protection: A 5,000–10,000 mm waterproof rating and 5,000 g/m²/24h breathability support use in wet and changeable outdoor conditions.
Pocket Layout: Two chest pockets, two hand pockets and one upper-arm utility pocket provide separate storage for personal items and small work accessories.
Waterproof Closure & Adjustable Cuffs: A waterproof zipper helps limit water entry through the front closure, while adjustable Velcro cuffs allow the sleeve opening to be tightened around the wrist.
Reinforced Stress Points: Bar-tack stitching is applied at pocket entries and shoulder joints, with reported seam tensile strength above 180 N at these reinforced areas.
Interior Finish: The microfleece backing provides a soft inner surface for cool-weather use without adding a separate garment lining.
Logo application can use heat transfer, woven labels or direct embroidery according to the required brand specification.
Body and sleeve measurements, internal pockets and other pattern details can be modified from the buyer's tech pack.
The standard olive green can be retained or replaced with a specified color. Zippers, webbing and labels can also be selected to match the final specification.
Individual Packing: Each jacket is packed in a recyclable 0.04 mm PE bag for individual protection during handling and transport.
Carton Packing: 20 jackets are packed per double-wall export carton, approximately 60 × 40 × 35 cm and 14.5 kg gross weight.
Shipping Terms: FOB Shanghai and FOB Ningbo are available. CIF and DDP can be quoted for EU and US destinations.
