Quality consistency is one of the most critical concerns for international apparel buyers. Fabric defects, size deviations, poor stitching, color inconsistency, and delayed quality feedback can directly damage brand reputation and retail sales performance.
To protect your brand, our quality control (QC) system is designed as a rigorous, end-to-end framework. We implement strict inspection protocols throughout every manufacturing phase-from raw materials to final global shipping-ensuring stable product quality and defect-free bulk output.
Product excellence starts with rigorous control over fabrics and accessories before they ever reach the cutting floor.
Raw Material Inspection
Every incoming batch of fabric is checked for fabric defects, color consistency, fabric weight, shrinkage rate, color fastness, and surface cleanliness.
Trim & Accessory Check
All hardware and accessories, including zippers, buttons, drawcords, Velcro, and labels, are verified for durability and functionality.
Performance Fabric Testing
Depending on the jacket application (outdoor, workwear, or fashion), we perform target testing for waterproof performance, windproof performance, breathability, abrasion resistance, fabric strength, and pilling resistance.
Accurate sizing and perfect panel alignment are critical for reducing retail return rates.
Pattern & Size Confirmation: Before mass cutting, our technical team confirms pattern measurements, fit specifications, size grading, and internal construction details to eliminate production errors.
Cutting Inspection: During the cutting phase, our inspectors focus heavily on fabric alignment, panel accuracy, symmetry control, and marker efficiency. Any cutting defects are identified and isolated before sewing begins.
For OEM orders, branding consistency and seam strength define the garment's market value.
Branding & Logo Inspection
We strictly inspect embroidery quality, logo position accuracy, print clarity, patch attachment strength, and label correctness to maintain a sharp, consistent brand image.
In-Line Sewing Inspection (Semi-Finished Check)
During sewing production, size measurements and stitching lines are checked regularly. This continuous monitoring drastically reduces size deviation, inconsistent fitting, and stitching errors on the line.
Before packaging, every jacket must pass through a strict final grooming and safety protocol.
Workmanship & Stitching Review
Finished jackets are 100% inspected for loose threads, clean seams, correct trim placements, and smooth zipper operations.
Mandatory Needle Detection
To comply with international safety standards for Europe and North America, all finished outerwear passes through a specialized metal/needle detector to ensure absolute product safety.
Our quality commitment ends only when the goods are safely loaded into the shipping container.
Final Pre-Shipment Audit
Based on recognized international AQL quality standards, our QA team conducts a final random inspection of the packed boxes to verify overall packaging integrity, carton markings, and product quantities.
Standardized Warehousing & Shipping
Approved goods are transferred to our organized, dry warehouse environment, safely boxed, and carefully loaded into containers to prevent moisture or damage during transit.
Our manufacturing system follows internationally recognized quality and environmental management standards. We work with third-party inspection and certification bodies to ensure compliance with export requirements.
SGS verification and ISO 14001 certification support standardized production management and environmental compliance across our factory operations.
