|
Outer Layer (Weather Protection) |
4-way stretch polyester/spandex blend fabric |
Eco-friendly PFC-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating |
Extreme abrasion resistance, high mobility dynamic stretch, wind blockage, and a clean matte finish with quiet movement. |
|
Middle Membrane (Climate Control) |
Non-porous or monolithic TPU/PU windproof membrane |
Waterproof: ≥10,000mm Breathability (MVTR): ≥5,000 g/m²/24h |
High hydrostatic head pressure resistance to stop heavy rain, while letting moisture vapor escape during intense physical activity. |
|
Inner Layer (Thermal Comfort) |
High-density anti-pilling micro-fleece or bonded engineered mesh |
100% Polyester (Recycled GRS options available) |
Wicks moisture away from the skin, traps body heat in thermal air pockets, and ensures lightweight next-to-skin comfort. |

Step 1: Design & Quote (1–2 Days)
You provide sketches, tech packs, or original samples. We quickly evaluate materials and craftsmanship (such as waterproofing or seam-sealing requirements) and provide an accurate FOB quote.
Step 2: Sample Development (7–10 Days)
Our pattern makers create digital CAD patterns and develop physical samples for your team to test the fit, fabric texture, and functionality of trims and accessories.
Step 3: Pre-Production Sign-Off (10–15 Days)
Upon receipt of the deposit, we prepare Pantone lab dips and produce a final Pre-Production Sample (PPS) for your approval before mass production begins.
Step 4: Mass Production & QC (25–35 Days)
Mass production commences. We utilize automated cutting and seam-sealing machines, maintain strict stitch density control (11–13 SPI), and ensure 100% compliance via automated needle detection.
Step 5: AQL Inspection & Delivery (3–5 Days)
Following production, we conduct a final pre-shipment inspection based on strict AQL 2.5 standards. Once the QC report is issued, we arrange packaging and global shipment.

Strict Quality Control Protocol: We operate strictly under the internationally recognized AQL 2.5 / 4.0 (Acceptable Quality Limit) framework. Our certified quality inspectors carry out four rigorous stages of auditing:
IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
100% fabric inspection via automated rolling machines for shrinkage, color fastness to light/washing, and hydrostatic head pressure verification before cutting.
In-Line Inspection
Real-time stitching and dimension checks at critical assembly stations.
End-of-Line Verification
Strict visual checks for loose threads, alignment symmetry, and zipper functionality.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)
Final random statistical audit of packaged boxes before container loading.
