Standard Production Lead Times
Production schedules depend on product construction, material availability, sample revisions, order quantity, and production planning.
• Prototype & Fit Sample Lead Time: 7–10 working days, depending on product requirements and material availability.
• Pre-Production Sample (PPS) Sign-Off: Normally 5–7 days after sample submission, depending on customer review and revision requirements.
• Bulk Production Lead Time: Approximately 30–45 days after PPS approval and deposit confirmation, subject to order quantity and material preparation.
• Supported Trade Terms: FOB, CIF, DDP, and EXW.

Design Input & Technical Review
Customers can provide a Tech Pack, drawing, reference garment, sketch, product photo, size specification, fabric information, or preliminary requirements. Our technical team reviews the garment construction, measurements, materials, trims, closures, and branding details as the basis for further development.
Pattern Development & Material Sourcing
Patterns are developed from the approved design information, measurements, size specifications, or reference garment. Shell fabrics, linings, insulation, zippers, buttons, labels, and other trims are sourced or confirmed based on the jacket style, construction, function, and target cost.
Prototyping & Sample Development
Samples are developed to check the jacket's construction, materials, measurements, appearance, and fit. Prototype, fit, PPS, and SMS samples can be arranged according to the project requirements, with revisions made to patterns, materials, construction, colors, trims, or branding when needed.
Bulk Jacket Manufacturing
Bulk production follows the approved product specifications and prepared materials. Depending on the jacket style, the process may include fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, filling, garment finishing, final inspection, and packing, with production methods adjusted for different jacket constructions.
Inspection, Packaging & Export Shipping
Finished jackets are inspected against the approved specifications and agreed quality requirements before packing. After inspection, garments are packed according to the confirmed packaging instructions and prepared for export shipment under the agreed trade terms.
