Soft Shell Reflective Jacket

Soft Shell Reflective Jacket combines a stretch soft shell outer layer with reflective details for low-light visibility. It is suitable for situations requiring both weather protection and high visibility. OEM colors, reflective layouts, logos, labels and sizing can be customized for bulk orders.

2-Inch Retroreflective Tape: The jacket uses 2-inch glass-bead heat-transfer retroreflective tape with 500-candlepower rating for reflective visibility in low-light work environments.

 

Front & Back Visibility: Reflective elements can be arranged across the main garment panels to provide visibility from different working directions rather than concentrating reflective material on a single area.

 

Segmented Reflective Option: Laser-cut segmented retroreflective film can be specified for areas requiring greater stretch movement and reduced coverage of the base fabric.

3-Layer Softshell Construction: The fabric combines a 100% polyester stretch outer layer, TPU membrane and 75D microfleece backing in a bonded three-layer structure.

 

Waterproof Performance: The fabric is specified at an 8,000 mm hydrostatic head rating, with ISO 811 referenced for hydrostatic pressure testing.

 

Moisture Vapor Transmission: The stated MVTR is 3,000 g/m²/24h, giving buyers a measurable fabric-performance reference when comparing softshell options.

 

Thermal & Surface Finish: The 75D microfleece backing provides the inner thermal layer, while a C6 DWR finish is applied to the outer fabric for water-repellent performance.
